Kickstart Coaching is customised to each business. The process begins with one of our coaches interviewing the key decision-makers and profiling corporate and individual needs. The outcome of this process is a presentation of how to best address the requirements and achieve the desired result.
Individuals are then coached in both a team and one on one setting. The team setting focuses on two goals that are stipulated by the company and are of a vocational and personal development nature. The third goal is reserved for the one on one coaching and is of a personal nature. Often, employers use this third area to reward employees, recognising that when people are learning and developing in any area of their life, the benefits also show in the workplace.
